Just to avoid any confusion, should any dispute arise regarding the definition of an acceptable use then Digital Ministries will resolve that dispute using applicable local, state and federal laws and our intrepretation of what is stated in either the New King James or the New American Standard version of the Holy Bible.
Digital Ministries retains the exclusive right to determine acceptable use and reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization based solely upon the judgment of Digital Ministries management and board of directors. Our offer to provide free services does not constitute an agreement to provide those services for any particular period of time or for any particular purpose, and we reserve the right to modify or terminate our offer at any time. Should Digital Ministries be required to terminate any or all services for any reason, it will not be responsible for any damages. However, we will provide reasonable notice of any modification or termination if possible.
